Have your birthday party at Beaver Meadow! 

Let's have a fun party in nature! Explore the outdoors or meet an educational animal, check out our center's exhibits, and hangout in the upstairs Great Room. Choose from one of 11 birthday-party programs and let's have some fun!  
Availability: 
Parties can be scheduled on Fridays or Saturdays, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM or 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. 
Parties can be held September - June, per Beaver Meadow Availability. We recommend booking at least one month in advance to ensure availability. 
Fees: 
  • $300 for up to 30 party guests (adults and children over 2)
  • Additional guests are $12/person
  • Maximum of 25 total children, 50 total guests
  • We ask for a minimum of 1 adult per every five children in attendance. 
  • A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the program price is required upon booking
  • Reusable plats and silverware (cups not available) upon request for an additional fee of $2/dish set. ​ ​
What's Included: 
  • Two-hour use of upstairs Great Room 
  • 30 minute set-up and take-down time before and after selected party time 
  • 30 minute activity led by a naturalist 
  • Reusable tablecloths OR craft paper tablecloths with crayons provided
  • Access to a small pass-through area, outlets, and refrigerator for food preparation 
Food:
  • Please do not bring food that requires an oven or microwave
  • You will have access to a refrigerator and outlets for crock pots or hot plates 
  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted
  • Feel free to order food from or stop by a local shop such as:

Bring Your Own: 
  • Cups
  • Plates, silverware, serving utensils, etc. unless renting from Beaver Meadow 
  • Candles and matches/lighters
  • Tape 
  • ​Birthday cake! 
Please Do Not Bring: 
  • Glitter or decorations with excessive glitter 
  • Confetti
  • Live animals 
  • Balloons 
  • Alcohol
We are a nature preserve, and glitter, balloons, and confetti can all become litter that harms that native wildlife we are here to protect.
