Gorgeous Gulls
Devils Hole State Park
Saturday, December 7th - 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM
 
Climb the stairs down to the water level at Devils Hole State Park for up-close looks at the gulls roosting on the rocky shore of the Niagara River Gorge.  Binoculars are available and a scope is provide.  Proper footwear is required!

125th Christmas Bird Count - Beaver Meadow Nature Center

Meet in Nature Center for Coffee and Donuts
Get here early for Coffee and Donuts and then head out on the trails on the roads for some Holiday Season birding! The Christmas Bird count is an important tradition for tracking populations of birds over time, as well as a fun day for the local birding community!

Join Buffalo Audubon Senior Naturalist for a workshop on everything you need to know on how to get everything a birder needs out of eBird.  The Biggest community science project in the world, eBird has changed birding forever since its introduction in 2008.  We’ll go over creating a checklist, searching for species, exploring hotspots, and managing your data.  We’ll go over the eBird website and it’s companion mobile app. Create an eBird account at www.ebird.org
