​For Children
Crafts and other family-focused activities available in the children's tent. Spend time in the Nature Playscape (our all-natural playground) and visit the updated Fairy House Lane and new Storybook Trail. 

​For Adults
The Tappy Trailer will be on site offering a cash bar for beer and wine. (Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed.)​

Hikes & Education Animals
Limited spots are available for hourly hikes at 12:00, 1:00, and 2:00. Three hikes will be offered every hour. You may sign up for hikes at the event on a first-come, first-served basis. Themes include family, birding, silent, native plants, trees, yoga, and music. Education animal presentations featuring our turtles, Eastern Screech Owl, and snakes will be held at 12:30, 1:30, and 2:30.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

​Admission
Pre-sale, discounted admission is available now through Wednesday, June 4th. Please use the link here or above. We will maintain an attendee list so you'll just need to check in at the Admission Tent. Pay at the door for an additional $5 per person. VIP tickets include reserved parking spot, tent seating and shared tables, upgraded complimentary snacks and soft drinks, and limited alcoholic beverage tickets.

​Parking
Parking is free in our Beaver Meadow lots. Look for our friendly volunteers for help!

Food & Beverages
Lunch from the Cheesy Chick Food Truck is included with admission (one sandwich with or without meat, one side, and one soft drink; gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are available). Limited complimentary snacks (fruit, granola bars, and cheese sticks) will be available.

​Additional snacks, a s'mores campfire station, soft drinks, beer and wine will be offered for purchase. A water bottle fill station is available inside the nature center. Please do not bring in any outside beverages. 

Paid Activities
The following are also available for an additional fee: build a birdhouse or birdfeeder, s'mores campfire station, basket raffle, 50/50, snacks, soft drinks, beer, and wine.

Basket raffle tickets are $10/sheet of tickets or 3 sheets/$20. Drawing will take place at 2:00. You must be present to win.

Seating
Please bring your own chairs and blankets as seating will be limited. No pop-up tents allowed. VIP tickets include tent seating.

What else should I bring?
Consider bringing sunscreen, bug spray, and empty refillable water bottles. The event wil take place rain or shine, so please dress appropriately.

Onsite Payments
We accept credit cards, checks, and cash.

Music
Opening acoustic set by Tony Blasting followed by Skinny G & The Meatballs.

Pets
Kindly leave pets at home.

Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not allowed at Beaver Meadow.
