Tuesday Birding in Delaware Park
Tuesdays in May - 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Join Buffalo Audubon and Buffalo Olmsted Parks for an evening Birding Hike at Delaware Park and Rumsey Woods! Urban green spaces like Delaware Park are important stop-over habitat for migrating songbirds that need a place to rest on their journey. Binoculars are provided. Ages 8 and up. $12 BAS Members. $15 General Admission. |
Early Morning Birding - Beaver Meadow
Saturday May 27th - 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM Spring Migration is winding down and birds are getting ready to start nesting Join Naturalist Tom Kerr on an Intermediate Level Birdwatching Hike at Beaver Meadow in search of the birds that will make their summer home at Beaver Meadow. $12 BAS Members / $15 General Admission. Binoculars are available. |
Beginner Birding at North Tonawanda Audubon Preserve
Saturday May 27th - 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Join Buffalo Audubon and Western New York Land Conservancy for a beginner birding hike in the Klydell Wetlands and the North Tonawanda Audubon Preserve. Waterproof footwear is recommended. Binoculars will be provided. Donations are gratefully accepted. |
